DIY book page photo holder

Do you ever get inspired by something you see and have to make it ASAP?
Yeah, me too!

That's what happened with this project!

Last time I was out junkin' (my fave) I ran into the most darling store
here in the Nashville area,
The Faded Farmhouse.

There was eye candy for days.

One of the things that really inspired me was this business card holder.

Seriously, isn't that the best idea!!

I stopped at Goodwill on the way home and picked up this book.
Don't ya just love old books?  I sure do!
I like when the pages are a little faded and the edges have aged a bit.

I folded each page backwards, sticking the end into the spine.

Then I creased the page really well, making sure the end staying tucked into the spine.
Repeat x 300, or all of the pages in the book.

This takes a minute or 90.
I folded and folded one evening while watching Netflix.
I used a hobby knife to cut the cover off.

When you're done, you're left with a folded book
that can hold business cards or photos.

I stuck some fun Springy things into my photo holder.

You can get the Spring Printable here.
The floral photos are some that I took recently.

And there it is!
A book repurposed into a fun photo holder!!
