An Easy Way to Get to Know your Group- The M and M game

When a group of people get together,
there's always that awkward period
of getting to know each other.

Get To Know You Games
are a great way to break the ice in any group.
The M and M game is both fun and tasty!

The M and M Game

The only supplies needed for this game is of course
M and M's and cups for each
guest to hold their treats!

I created a printable with the color prompts.
Get a copy here.

Each group member holds a small cup of
M and M's.  When a person is "it"
they take an M and M from their cup,
and answer the corresponding color question
from the printable.
Then just repeat over and over again!

Using treats,
 especially chocolate,
along with easy questions is a great
way for any group of people to get to know one another!

This game can be used at school, work, at parties,
at FHE, Young Women/Men activities, etc.

What are some places that you would use
a get to know you game?

  8. Head's up! Obama has put a kibosh to any candy in the classroom! Snacks have strict guidelines to be followed and Distircts could be fined for being out of compliance. I heard the first offense could be $7000.00. Food in cafeteria must also follow specifics as to content, fat grams etc.

  16. Great idea with the M & M's EXCEPT for the kids with a peanut allergy--they are in the ingredient list.
Maybe Skittles instead? Safe for everyone!!:)
