After a long and cold winter, I think spring is on it's way to Tennessee.
The sun is out and the birds are singing.
It's a fantastic time to freshen my home for Spring!
First of all, I added some plants around my house.
I really wanted something alive and green for my kitchen table.
So I put a plant into this footed vase.
So far the plant is doing ok, but I'm not sure I planted it correctly.

I added another little plant to a shelf in my living room.
I stuck it in an old jar I had.
Here is my mantel for Spring.
My favorite part is the yellow mason jar (it that used to hold a candle) that I stuck a little plant in.
I love the greenery and the pop of yellow!
