I have a super easy tutorial today.
I'm showing how to make a wooden Love sign.
It's very simple and requires just a few items.

a piece of wood (mine is a 1x6 cut down to 12 inches long)
and the word "love" cut from vinyl
(I used my silhouette, but vinyl can be hand cut
with scissors or an exacto knife, with a font from your computer.)
I painted the wood white first and then let it dry.
Then I applied the vinyl.
I used a pan scraper* to flatten the
vinyl and get all of the air bubbles out.
Then I painted 2 coats of black paint.
Then it was time for the good part,
peeling the vinyl off to reveal the word "love" in white.
Then I sanded the edges a little bit.
I LOVE the way it turned out!
