Family Traditions for each month of the year

Do you have family traditions?  I'm sure it's easy to think of the ones that revolve around a big holiday like Christmas Caroling or hunting for Easter Eggs.  But what about establishing family traditions for each month instead of saving them all for the holidays?

Here is a big list of Family Traditions for each month of the Year.

Why do we do family traditions?  It's pretty simple- they strengthen our family bonds.   Nothing is more fun than reminiscing with my brother and our families about the things we used to do when we were children.  From trips to our Grandma's house, to playing tag with our cousins, those shared experiences strengthen our bonds with one another.

When I had my own family, I knew I wanted to keep some family traditions for my childhood and add a bunch of my own.  And I really wanted to celebrate more than just holidays!  Because I think celebrations should be all year long.
