Summer is ending and to celebrate my favorite upcoming season, I added a bunch of fall to my booth. See everything I took to my Antique Booth in August.
As summer winds down, I’ve been busy refreshing my booths with cozy fall-inspired treasures. August is always a fun time to start mixing in seasonal pieces—it gives shoppers a head start on decorating for autumn while still enjoying those last sunny days.
At the beginning of August, I did a big redo of my booth. I took everything out, hung pegboard and trim and then added all the pretties back in!
Things I did in my booth at Four Sisters
- basket wall display
- checkerboard and brass leaf display
- ghost paintings
- thrifted table I found that was the exact width of my booth (such a lucky find)
- painted black shelf layered on top
- lots of cute fall colored/themed items
Things I did in my booths at Hylabrook
- fall and Halloween display
- basket of vintage tennis rackets
- academic look on vintage roll top desk
- dish display on green shelf
- quilt displays
August always feels like the beginning of the seasonal shift, and I’m excited for customers to find inspiration for their own homes. If you’re nearby, stop in soon—these fall goodies tend to go quickly once September rolls around!
