Every year we all give and receive plates full of yummy treats! This year, I jazzed the plate up.
I used an inexpensive glass plate from Walmart, a snowflake die for my Sizzix...
and some white vinyl.
This treat plate, overflowing with with cookies and candies, would make a great gift for friends and neighbors.
