Today I'm sharing my mantel all decked out for spring.
I'm loving green and yellow right now, those colors seem so fresh to me!
So that's what I chose to decorate my mantel with.
I used this little yellow mason jar that I planted some greenery in. (post here)
I picked up these yellow flowers, I think they're called Billy Balls, at an antique store a few years ago. I still love them so much. They make appearances in my decor often. I put them in a thrifted vase filled with black beans. The art behind them is simply cute, wooden chevron scrapbook paper that I framed.
I made some spring chalkboard art.
I'm not an artist, so don't judge to harshly! :)
I made this forsythia wreath.
It's hanging on a chicken wire message board frame.
The topiary is from Pottery Barn a few years ago.
I stuck it into a clay pot I painted and sanded.
So bright and fresh for Spring!

Oh, I absolutely love it!
ReplyDeleteLove the yellows! I was thinking about puting yellow accent here and there in my new home, but I wasn't fully convinced. Now, I'm sure I want yellow ;)
