The halls of our home are sprinkled with Christmas Cheer!
I'm so excited to share with you.
Grab a hot chocolate and a comfy chair
and come on a tour!
This little vignette right inside my door is my favorite!
I hung my vintage sifters
and then added a metal snowflake, some colorful numbers
and a vintage inspired pennant and Santa art.
I have my collection of milk coolers, with a chair and a
darling pillow cover from Craftberry Bush.
Up next is our Christmas tree.
We bought a 7ft white pre lit tree a few years ago from Target.
I decorated it with all of our traditional favorite ornaments,
glittered initials, candy canes, mercury glass balls and red balls.
(My kids have a tree upstairs with all of their ornaments on it.)
In 2007 when our youngest was a baby, I made a tree skirt from red felt.
Then I cut my kids' hands from white felt and glued them on.
I LOVE looking at how much my kids have grown and changed!
I have a collection of vintage windows on our board and batten.
On the windows I hung faux evergreen wreaths.
Underneath the windows are our stockings.
We've had them for so long,
I don't even remember where they are from.
We love the Lego Advent calendar
and have to do one every year!
We also have a large collection of
Christmas books to read every night!
Right before Thanksgiving, I painted our cabinet.
The color is a bunch of leftover paints all mixed together.
Here I have our Christmas countdown blocks.
I am wanting to start a Santa mug collection.
So far I've collected 1 vintage one and 1 purchased from the dollar store.
But every collection has to start somewhere! :)
I stuck some bottle brush trees in the mugs.
I also put some bottlebrush trees in a
vintage chicken feeder on top of the cabinet.
I love these snow scenes in jars.
They are my favorite!
My other favorite (I have lots of favorites)
is my Heidi Swapp Light box with a cute Christmas message.
I took a page from my friend Emily's book and am
hanging our Christmas cards from ribbon.
I have lighted garland around the doorway.
I built some picture ledge shelves just to hang my family photos.
The Little People Nativity is a family favorite!
I thought the shelves were perfect for some nativities.
I have a few nativities that I have collected over the years.
The little bear one is the very first Christmas
decoration I ever bought as an adult.
