DIY Lighted Rainbow Fabric Banner

With just a few easy supplies that you can get from your stash, the craft store or online, you can whip up this colorful garland in about an hour.
Supplies needed for Lighted Rainbow Fabric Garland
Instructions for making a banner
-cut fabric into about 18inch strips
-fold fabric strip in half and wrap around light strand, making a loop at the top and the tails underneath the light strand
-pull ends of fabric over the top of the light strand, through loop and pull the fabric tight.
Repeat with each color of the rainbow.
Hang banner and light it up!

I love this. I have so much extra scraps of fabric and I do believe an extra set of lights. You can do so many different colors.
