Are you an early Christmas decorator? Listen, if you are- you do you! I totally would if I could get it together enough to get it done. I am slowly getting things out and working on Christmas projects. I took inspiration from this Rainbow Lighted Banner and made my first project, a Christmas Garland made from fabric and a strand of Christmas lights.
How to make a Lighted Christmas Garland made from Fabric
The only things needed to make this garland is a strand of Christmas Lights and scraps of fabric. The strips of fabric are about 1 inch wide by 12 inches long.
Fold fabric strip in half and place around light strand, in between the bulbs.
Pull the tail of the fabric through the loop and pull it to tighten- leaving the knot of the fabric around the light strand.
Adjust the strips to hang down similar to each other. Continue tying fabric strips on the light strand until it is full.
Then hang the garland on a window, piece of art, or your mantel.
Then plug it in and enjoy!
A Lighted Fabric Garland for Christmas is super cheap and super easy to deck your halls for the holidays!
